[:fi]Vuosi vaihtui. Lotta ei kesän jälkeen koskaan palannut kotiin. Ainahan se kesällä viihtyi ulkona ja 2016 tuli vasta syyskuun lopulla kotiin.

Nyt se ei tullut. Veikö sen ilves vai kenties kettu? Tykästyikö kesämökkiläinen luullen sen olevan koditon kesäkissa ja vei mennessään? Näihin ehkä en koskaan saa vastausta.

Ikävä jäi. On hyvästien aika.

Vuosi 2017 menetin molemmat kissani: Elmon & Lotan. Kummatkin 9 ikäisiä.

 [:en]After the summer, my cat Lotta did not came home. She enjoyed being outside the whole summer and in 2016 returned home in the end of September.

This time (2017) she did not came home. I don’t know why. Was she taken by a bobcat or a fox? Or maybe someone spending summer here though she does not have a home and took her?

Maybe I will never find out.

I miss her but it’s time to say farewell.

In 2017 I had to say goodbye to both of my cats: Elmo & Lotta, both 9 years of age.
